Cancellation and Refund Policy

NOTE:-  If you are not comfortable to pay in advance you can also pay after trip.

Cancellation

– Cancellation requests must be in writing (email/post)
– Cancellation charges apply as follows:

| 30 days prior to tour | 10% of tour cost |
| 15-29 days prior to tour | 25% of tour cost |
| 7-14 days prior to tour | 50% of tour cost |
| Less than 7 days prior to tour | 100% of tour cost |

Refund

– Refunds processed within 15 working days
– Refund amount calculated as per cancellation charges
– Refunds via original payment method

No Show

– No refund for no-shows or unused services

Amendments

– We reserve the right to update this policy at any time
